Protein Smoothie (for Gaining)


Smoothies can be a great way to hit a high calorie goal for gaining muscle mass. Having them before breakfast or in between meals can get you to your caloric goal.


Ingredients:

1 banana

1 scoop protein (I recommend myprotein)

1 Cup 1% milk (or nut milk substitute)

2 TBSP Almond butter

1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt


Directions:

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.


Macroingredients:


Calories: 568

Protein: 47g

Carbohydrates: 51g

Fat: 23g

Fiber: 7g

Sugar: 34g
