Healthy Chili Recipe


Chili is just one of those easy to make and amazingly filling foods. So how do you get by and make a healthy version? Well rest assured I've got you covered.


Ingredient List:


1 lb Lean Ground Turkey

1 - 28oz can of crushed tomatoes

1 - 15oz can of golden corn

2 - 15oz cans of black beans

1 - 15oz can of red beans

1 - 15oz can of white beans

1 Medium Yellow Onion Diced

4 T. Chili Powder

Salt and Ground Pepper to taste


In large 4 quart pot, brown ground turkey and add onion. Once browned add all other ingredients. Add water so that pot is full Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.


Makes approximately 8 servings.
