Makes one serving
Ingredients:
5 oz cubed chicken breasts
1 cup rice noodles
1/4 cup vinegar
3 garlic cloves minced
1 TBSP grated ginger
3-4 basil leaves chopped
2 Green Onions chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 TBSP olive oil
1/4 cup water
Directions:
In large frying pan place olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
Let it warm up. Add cubed chicken and cook until brown.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook on low to medium heat, stirrying frequently
until noodles are cooked (if vinegar and water cook down add more water until noodles
are soft).
