Makes 4 servings (12 pancakes)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 TBSP butter melted
1 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Then add milk, melted butter, and egg and stir until mixed well. If mixture is too dry add a touch more milk.
Spray or grease frying pan, and cook on low to medium heat, flipping when needed.
