No Fad Diets
Have you ever gone on a diet and once you came off it you were wondering "now what?". That's why I hate diets. They don't teach you how to eat healthy, they just restrict everything. I build a meal plan for you that pulls from all food groups. No elimination diets here.
Nutrition
Diets just don't work. Want to know why? Because the second you get off them they leave you in the dark. I use everyday basic foods from all food groups to build a nutrition plan around your life and teach you how to sustainably eat so that you can carry this through for life.
Fitness Should Be Simple
Tired of complicated programs and terms that you don't understand? Yeah me too. That's why I break down your fitness program so that it's easy to follow and easy to maintain while still providing the challenge you need to develop and progress.
Workouts
You don't need hours to dedicate to the gym. Workouts are 45 - 60 minutes. They are designed around you. Have access to a full gym? Only have some dumbbells and a bench? Been lifting for years? Just starting to lift weights? The workout plan is designed for YOU.
Accountability
Each week for the duration of your coaching package we will meet once a week to discuss your wins, your losses, and make changes as needed. Fitness is ever changing and adjusting along the way is important, that's why I am here to walk with you. In addition to our weekly chat you will have access to my number to text me anytime a question arises.
